The Women's Committee is a dedicated space where women can develop their leadership skills, share their challenges and contribute to change by coming together. We act as an “ANCHOR”: a strong support to encourage women's visibility within the union and inspire sisters in all communities.

Feel free to join our Facebook group for IAM 1751 women members to exchange ideas, share our activities and ask questions of other union women. The aim is to improve communications between local sections, districts and at the national level in Canada. The group also aims to offer mutual support, notably through mentoring.
